Our History

In early 2006, Panagiotis Sgardelis, a distinguished professional in the auditing sector with extensive experience in leading multinational companies, founded “SaaS Consulting”.

​Driven by the vision of creating a firm that would deliver specialized accounting and tax services, with a particular focus on accounting management, “SaaS Consulting” achieved a notable growth trajectory. The company entered into partnerships with major organizations in the commercial and construction sectors and built long-term relationships of trust with its clients.

​Later, in 2014, the consulting firm “Analog S.A.” was established, headquartered in privately owned offices in Piraeus. The company achieved equally significant success, particularly in the field of internal audit for large enterprises operating both within Greece and internationally.​

Continuous development, long-standing experience, and the ability to adapt swiftly to the constantly evolving legislative environment surrounding businesses provide the company with a distinct competitive advantage.

Panagiotis Sgardelis is a dynamic business professional in the field of corporate advisory services. Since the mid-2000s, he has been actively involved with numerous businesses in Greece and abroad through the companies of Analog Group, SaaS Consulting Ltd, and Analog S.A., where he serves as Founder and Chief Executive Officer.

A graduate of the University of Piraeus, holder of the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation and a Class A Certified Accountant license, he began his professional career in 1993 in the Finance Department of a major multinational shipbuilding and ship repair company. In 2001, he decided to focus intensively on auditing, choosing to collaborate with one of the largest audit firms worldwide.

Both his dynamic character and his drive to implement innovative ideas in the business sector led him, in 2006, to establish his first company, thereby bringing his vision to life.

Today, as the founder of two companies providing comprehensive financial services, he has established a strategic partnership with RotenbergMeril (NY), one of the world’s leading audit firms.
