The Ministry of Finance is proceeding with a new extension of the deadline for submitting the necessary supporting documents, until the end of September 2021, for the companies that received financial support under all the rounds of the Reimbursable Advance, in order to provide the necessary time for the issuance of the single court certificates. solvency by the courts of first instance concerned.
The relevant decisions will be issued within the next few days. In order to facilitate the process of submitting the supporting documents, it is clarified that the companies that have received assistance under the Provisional Framework are obliged to submit supporting documents.
In particular, all companies that have received assistance under the Temporary Framework, without exception, are required to submit the Single Certificate of Judicial Solvency.
The certificate is provided to be sought ex officio in the cases of the Courts of First Instance that have an electronic system, ie the Courts of First Instance of Athens, Thessaloniki, Piraeus and Chalkida. In case the registered office of the company is not located in the above areas, the certificate is issued by the Court of First Instance of the registered office of the company and is submitted through the electronic platform "myBusinessSupport" of AADE, while the relevant application for its issuance can be submitted through gov.gr.
In addition, only large companies that have received assistance under the Temporary Framework, are required to submit a Responsible Statement of the company's accountant, with the content set out in the Annex of the relevant JM for the Refundable Advance.
Sole proprietorships, as well as small and micro enterprises, are not required to submit a Responsible Statement of their accountant.
It is pointed out that the Accountant's Responsible Statement is submitted through the electronic platform "myBusinessSupport" of AADE, while it can be issued through gov.gr.
Therefore, sole proprietorships, as well as small and micro enterprises based in Athens, Thessaloniki, Piraeus and Chalkida, are not required to take any action, as they are not required to submit a Responsible Statement of the company's accountant, while the Single Certificate Judicial Solvency is sought ex officio.
The Ministry of Finance, taking into account the number of companies that have been strengthened under the Reimbursable Advances, provides additional time for companies to submit the required documents, while facilitating the process of seeking and issuing certificates and reducing administrative burdens.
At the same time, the necessary modifications of the relevant JMs of the Repayable Advance will proceed immediately, in order to provide the possibility of repayment of the repayable part of the aid within the grace period.
The calculation of the repayable amount and the appearance of the relevant debt identity will be done gradually, depending on the course of submission of the above supporting documents.
Finally, it is noted that from Tuesday, July 13, 2021, the electronic platform "myBusinessSupport" of AADE, provides the opportunity to submit objections for the 3rd and 4th cycle of the Refundable Advance and within the next week will be given the corresponding opportunity for the 5th, 6th and 7th cycle of the Refundable Advance.
The deadline for submitting objections, for these five rounds of Refundable Advance Payment, will be July 30, 2021.
